A.C.T (advance combat tactics)
Due to the rising hype of cardio boxing classes and everyone learning how to punch, this is a devised self- defense style used against the typical mma fighter or boxer. Traditional martial arts teaches you how to defend yourself against the everyday brawler. A.C.T teaches you how to defend against someone who throws punches, kicks and does takedowns. We focus on footwork and stance, to separate ourselves from traditional martial arts and styles. A combination of Muay Thai, Jeet kun do, and Hapkido is used in this class.
This class meets twice a week with coach Julius and Chris Mondays and Wednesdays from 7p to 8p
