It starts with one min intervals on stations, working multiple body parts, focusing on core movement. Animal kingdom is used a lot in this class, Animal kingdom is a style that emulates animal movement such as bear crawl, seal walk, duck walk, etc. This style focuses on core movement as well. Ever heard of TABATA? Tabata, is a High Intensity Interval Training style that is short spurts of activity and short break in between. Sometimes the class will include active recovery, to keep the heart rate up just to push you a little further.
