Hybrid’s Chicago Bootcamp Workout Classes
Routines change daily in our Bootcamp Classes in order to keep the brain and body working.
The main focus is on movement: using bodyweight exercises, conventional weights, agility ladders, kettlebells, TRX bands, etc.
All Boot Camp exercises use functional movements for longevity training. Modifications are easily provided for personal or physical ailments.
Boot Camp Workout Fundamentals
The basic 5 fundamental components of the Boot Camp classes are push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry.
Boot Camp class starts with a short mobility warm-up. Then breaks into 3 segments, focusing on 3 different areas of the body.
Rounds are timed or we use a numeric system 20-30 secs rounds. With rest breaks every 10-30 secs depending on our Boot Camp goal for the day.
Every class ends with an intense ab workout and a full-body stretch routine daily so you yourself will remember it over the course of time to help benefit you anytime and anywhere. Hybrid’s Boot Camp class is a great way to get your day going.
