Personal training is a 1 on 1 class taught by a personal trainer that will work with the client to help them reach their goals whether it be to lose weight, get in better shape, or to quickly learn a martial arts discipline. Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist clients in reaching personal health and fitness goals. Providing various workouts to help each of their clients reach their goals.
All of the personal trainers at Hybrid are always available. Trainers are here to help and to teach students about any of the multiple martial arts programs we have available. Whether it is getting in shape/losing weight, learning the art of Boxing, learning the amazing art of Muay Thai kickboxing, Hybrids personal trainers have you covered.
Personal Training is also a great way to get in shape or learn a new discipline, without having to do so in a class setting.
