Chicago Fight & Fitness Class

  • Are you looking to burn 800-1000 calories per hour?
  • Are you looking to get in better shape and look better?
  • Are you looking to learn how to defend yourself or learn something new?

Then this is the class for you. Our Fight and Fitness class is a high-intensity class with an amazing cardio/fitness workout, followed by an intense 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing or boxing. You will definitely be breathing heavy and sweating as your trainers push you to your limits. Keep showing up regularly, and you will definitely be seeing big changes quickly in a fun and supportive environment.

Adult & Youth Fight & Fitness Classes are available.
