Cardio Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing Classes
In these cardio fitness classes, the workout portion is considered as your “road work”. Much like you will see boxers do on a daily basis. After the “road work” portion of our fitness classes, we will put on the gloves and get to work on the heavy bags.
Utilizing many of the same training methods as the bootcamp.
Boxing & Kickboxing Workout Instruction
We usually do 1-2 minute rounds depending on the goal of the round. Each round we will work on basic boxing or kickboxing combinations, defensive movements, and footwork.
After the heavy bag portion of the class, we will finish off with an ab workout and post-workout stretching routine.
Hybrids Cardio Boxing and Kickboxing classes are a great way to help you reach your fitness goals as you can easily burn over 1000 calories in class as well as learning the basics of both Boxing and Kickboxing.
Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking, punching, and kneeing your opponent. Our fitness kickboxing and boxing classes will focus more on getting the students an intense cardio workout. While at the same time, using available boxing or kickboxing techniques. These classes will focus on putting students through a very intense workout that will help get you in the best shape of our life.
